Q. How do I request an illustration?
A. Please complete your order by adding the desired product(s) to the cart in the product selection box at the bottom of the product page. You will receive an auto-reply e-mail.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Normally, it takes about 4 weeks from the time of order, and it will be shipped.
Q. Can I have a person or background painted along with the car.
A. Yes. Please add the "Draw person or animals" or "Draw the background" items to your cart along with the product of the size you want, and place your order.
Q. Can I have 4 cars drawn on one paper?
A. Yes, you can, up to two cars in A4 size and four cars in A3 size or larger.
Q. Can I have only one car drawn from a photo of two cars?
A. Yes, you can.
Q. Can I change the license plate to any number I want?
A. Yes, you can. Please let us know of your favorite number when you place your order.
Q. I don't have a photo of the car, person, and background together. Can you draw them from separate photos?
A. Yes, we can combine different photos.
Q. What is the process of making a request?
A. Please refer to the "Order production flow" for more details.
Q. I only have a developed photo.What should I do?
A. You can send the photo to this address by mail, or you can send us the data taken by a digital camera by e-mail.
Q. Can you also draw the helmet and gloves pictured with the motorcycle?
A. Yes, we can draw them. We will draw small accessories free of charge.
Q. The image shows side backs, can you not draw them?
A. Yes, it is possible to eliminate the side backs even if they are shown in the image.
Q. Do you offer wrapping?
A. Yes, wrapping is offered free of charge. Since the wrapping obscures the original, we will enclose a copy of the original for confirmation.
Q. What is the difference between A4 size and 2L size?
A. These are sample images of 2L and A4 sizes.
It is possible to draw in details. The result is a crisp and clear look.
It is not possible to draw in details such as differences in color. The result looks blurry.
Q. I don't have a good photo image. Can you still draw it for me?
A. Yes, we can draw it, but we cannot draw realistically in areas that cannot be seen clearly.
Q. How do I send photo images?
A. You will receive an automatic e-mail after completing your order. Please fill in your request in that e-mail and reply with photo image you would like to have drawing.
Q. Can you draw things other than cars and motorcycles?
A. Yes, we can. We would appreciate it if you could consult with us before placing an order.
Q. Can I put my team's or store's logo on it?
A. Yes, it is possible to put your team's or store's logo as well as the manufacturer's logo. Please send us an image of the logo you would like to include, and we will draw it in the same way.
Q. Can I request additional "illustration data conversion" after ordering?
A. Yes,it is ok even after you have placed your order. Please place another order through our website(Duplicate shipping charges will be refunded immediately)
Q. I don't see the edge of the image, can you still draw it?
A. If you have other images that show the missing parts, we can combine them.
